Happy Valentine’s Day! Do you like to go out or stay in on nights like tonight? With this dinner, you can have it both ways: restaurant-worthy dinner enjoyed in your own, cozy home. Plus, it’s so easy and fast, you might accidentally leave a tip for the great service!
Sarah’s Tip of the Day:
To start, you make a simple yet show-stealing salad from shaved zucchini and radishes, plus a dressing of olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Then saute shrimp with lemon zest and a bit of garlic (not too much! It’s Valentine’s Day after all…). Top it off with some fragrant fresh basil and serve with couscous. Candlelight not included!
