Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida/hing
1 dry red chilli
1/2 cup Tomato purée
2 cups spinach
1 tsp coriander cumin seed powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 small boiled potatoes cubed
1 carrot cubed
1/2 cup boiled green peas Salt

Method:
– Heat some oil in the pan and add some cumin seeds ,dry red chilly, astofodia
– Add some finely onions, Garlic Paste
– Add Tomato Puree and cook for 2-3 minutes
– Add roughly chopped Spinach
– Add coriander ,cumin seed powder, turmeric powder and red chilly powder
– Add boiled and roughly chopped potatoes
– Add some boiled and chopped carrots & boiled green peas
– Mix all of them together & add Salt to taste
– Add little bit of water to de glaze the pan
